On my last day in Washington, Jacob took me out for a "surprise". He took me to this huge, beautiful waterfall called Snoqualmie Falls. When we got there we were standing on the observation deck when we realized we could hike down to the base of the waterfall. Of course we wanted to do that, but I was wearing flip flops... that didn't stop us though! We hiked down there and I am so glad we did, it was absolutely beautiful there. It was one of my favorite places Jacob and I have been.
I decided to get adventurous and climb out onto the rocks in the middle of the water. I only slipped once!
The hike back was pretty steep uphill. I wasn't particularly thrilled about that part of our adventure.
